Cook like an adult? Every night??
Yes, my friends, the dino nugget has gone the way of the Dodo and it's time to learn how to preparing some nutritious dinners before your metabolism turns on you (rude). But we got it covered! The sheet pan is our weeknight BFF-- we'll be cooking up good eats in an hour or less with minimal clean up and leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
The key to a successful sheet pan meal is cutting all the ingredients close to the same size so they cook evenly.
While I'm throwing around innuendos, our beloved extra virgin olive oil is not invited to this party. You'll want to use a high smoke point oil or your kitchen will be filled with... smoke. Try regular olive, avocado or corn oil.
Want to include some root veggies? These types of veggies typically take a little longer to become tender so par boil them (i.e., cook part way through) for a few minutes either stovetop or in the microwave, then onto the sheet they go!

You open the refrigerator and a bunch of flaccid carrots start throwing shade about the carrot cake you said you were going to make from scratch and then the deli drawer cracks open and the slimy roasted turkey breast is screaming “LOOK at me!” while the bagged salad presses its mushy leaves up against its crinkly, plastic tomb just staring.
